Our mission is to help people get in shape, be safe, and at the same time instill the life skills and character of a true Martial Artist. Weight loss, Positive outlook, Self-esteem, Self-control are the building blocks that lead to remarkable improvements.

“It’s Great for kids”
The Martial arts is good clean fun for kids and a great way to give kid’s a head start in life. At our Academy they’ll learn the positive benefits of Confidence, Self-Discipline, Increased strength, and Flexibility. But most of all just to plain feel good about themselves. Because a structure of Respect is built into the Martial Arts, children develop the ability to listen, learn, and achieve within a highly social environment. This proves to be an excellent reinforcement of study techniques for school.

We have fun too!
We finish most children’s classes with karate fitness games. We also have Pizza Parties, Buddy Days, Movie Nights, and Holiday Parties! “Boy, do we make this a place children want to come to!”

Fitness as a Goal
No matter what age fitness has to be a lifetime goal. Obesity is off the charts. Type 2 Diabetes is practically an epidemic. Conditioning, Strength, and Flexibility are all benefits you will receive at Korean Karate Academy. Every muscle group is strengthened and defined with the exercises, movements, techniques, and training drills that are incorporated into our curriculum.
